PRODUCT AND SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY

Unless otherwise noted, TSI Armories products carry a 30-DAY 100% LIMITED PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY
for manufacturer's defects and in-house modifications only. 

Any alterations or modifications to the product in any respect by any person not employed or authorized by TSI Armories
will cause all such warranties to be canceled and void. 
TSI Armories shall not liable for normal manufacturing variances, for customary variations from specifications,
for imperfections inherent in the process used, or for damages resulting from improper shipment, storage or use of goods.
 All claims arising out of the sale of any products manufactured or sold by TSI Armories shall be deemed barred and waived unless made in writing,
and presented to TSI Armories within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Exceptions:

    1.For electric automatic airsoft guns, the warranty is void if guns are used with anything less than 0.20g bb's.

    2.If an AEG’s gearbox has been removed and/or tampered with all warranties are voided.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within SEVEN (7) days of receipt of your order for a return authorization.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, but the item you have bought is in good functioning order you may return it in exchange for store
credit. You will be issues store credit in the amount of the original purchase, minus shipping costs, any taxes charged (if applicable) and
a 15% restocking fee. No returns on ANY Special Sale items. All sales are FINAL on these items. Except as expressly stated above,
no other warranties are applicable, and no other damages will be recoverable from TSI Armories. In order to receive a refund for any
returnable product, the product must be returned to TSI Armories in excellent condition and in its original state, unused and with all
original boxes and packaging intact, and all manuals (if applicable) complete of any product manufactured, sold or distributed by
TSI Armories. Any accepted returns will be refunded in full less a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs. Product return shipping
costs are not covered under our warranty or return policy.

purchased from our store.
